We don’t have a brokerage house like Merrill Lynch with thousands of brokers pitching and selling our investment, so we need to recruit overnight our own money-raising network, people who will become “Finders” – people who will go out and raise money for us, and receive a Finder’s Fee for doing that.  And a very generous Finder’s Fee to get our network built overnight.

How it works

The Finder’s who help raise our money will get much more than the usual 3,5, even 7% Finder’s Fee.  We are going to pay you who help us raise money 15 % of everything you raise – 10% of everything you personally raise, and 5% of everyone you recruit to help you raise money.  Of course the people you recruit, get 10% of what they raise, at the same time you get 5% of what they raise. 

Here is how we are going to generously reward you for helping us build – immediately - this fundamentally new and different way to finance films and TV shows.  The way we decided to do that is:

1. We give a very generous 10% Finder’s Fee to you for all the money that you raise for us personally.  If you raise $1,000, you get $100.  If you raise $10,000, you get 1,000; if you raise $100,000, you get $10,000 – immediately upon our receiving the money you’ve raised.
2. If you recruit people to help you raise the money, they also get the 10% Finder’s Fee of everything they raise, but you also get 5% of every dollar they raise.  So if you recruit ten friends to help you raise money, and these ten friends raise $10,000, they get their 10% ($1,000), but you also get 5% of everything they raise, so if they raised $10,000, you get an additional $500.  If you recruit 10 people and they collectively raise $40,000, you get 5% of the $40,000, for an additional $2,000.  The more you raise personally, the more people you recruit to help you raise money and the more they raise, the more you earn.
